These terms cover Inglen, the free app, and Inglen Plus, the paid add-on. By using them you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Inglen is made by Ishant, in India. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Inglen, the app

Inglen is free and open source under the MIT license, which is the whole agreement for the app itself. It comes as it is, without warranty.

What you are responsible for

• What you ask the assistant to do on your PC, and the steps you allow. It asks before risky steps; read what it asks.
• Following the terms of the AI providers and services you connect, and paying for them.
• Not using Inglen or Plus to break the law or to harm other people's computers or accounts.

Inglen Plus

• Plus costs $10 a month or $89 a year, plus any tax shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Plus is sold through Dodo Payments, who act as the seller of record and handle billing, tax and receipts.
• A licence is for you, on your own PC and phones. Don't share or resell it.
• Plus works while your PC is on with Inglen running and connected to the internet. We work to keep it available but can't promise it never goes down.
• We may change Plus or its price. A price change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.

Cancelling and refunds

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits from using Inglen or Plus, and our total liability for Plus is limited to what you paid for it in the last 12 months.
